How are your temps? If they are fine, then I suggest you not do anymore to the card, do not flash its bios nor remove the stock cooler for you may need to RMA it.

And if you can, try it on a different computer and see if it works.
Idel temps are 49-53 degrees Celcius, The card seems to be fine, otherwise I might just RMA it, My PSU is brand new and my previous card works perfectly with it, drivers have been reinstalled a few times I've also tried different drivers. I'll give it a try in my second computer and see if it still has issues and if it does ill RMA the card.
