im not trying to put you down but get a 9500 phenom to 3ghz is going to be a pretty tough feat as are very, very bad ocers and with that mobo...

see that the mobo is one of the best amd motherboard and barely pass the 3ghz mark, so in that mobo u have i think that ur max oc will be 2.8 with A LOT OF LUCK
