Any practice or training in ANY sport is all about that! No one is saying that training, practising and becoming skilled in some action-response activity doesnt improve reaction times.
The complain is the poor quality and pseudo science (and BLXXDY OBVIOUSNESS) of the paper... and that WE the tax paying public, or in your case, your student loans, are paying for this rubbish.
