JC I can assure you that there is a mechanism in place which makes sure mods don't abuse their privileges. That mechanism works, without even a formal complaint being lodged by you (if you're at the receiving-end). So don't attach too much importance to what statements mods make here (including mine, if you want to). This case however, isn't that of a privilege abuse.
