i don't know how explain bottleneck but from my knowledge it basiclly means like a part say..you got a super high gfx card like the GTX260 and you paired it with an core 2 duo with 1.8GHZ clock speed,that 1.8 would weaken the performance of the GTX260 which isn't enabling it to run at its best performance because the speed of your processor speed is to slow for the GTX260 to use its best potential.
If that makes sense if i am wrong then please someone correct me
