Changing the frequency didn't fix the problem either. It was already set at 333 MHz so I lowered it again and it continues to reset itself on startup.

I'm thinking it might not like all the ram slots occupied...

Video Card:	XFX GeForce 7950 (x2 in SLI)
Hard Disk:	Seagate Barracuda 250 GB SATA 7200 RPM
PSU:	720 W
