I am looking for a new PS to replace my very good but noisy PCP&C 510SLI. This will be powering a media PC so I need it to be quiet. Its an older cpu and board, FX-60, DFI SLI-DR, 8800GT. Not really a gamer machine, its going to be a down loader, storage PC and media player. It will have about 6-8 drives though so I figure why not get a 750w? Should I get one with a single 12v rail? I don't know that much about power supplies. I just need it to be quiet reliable and modular cabling. Any suggestions? Thanks.
