Not to mention the fact that my ex will not give me her phone number which holds her in contempt of court. She claims the number is hers and her boyfriends yet any time I've called he answers and refuses to let me talk to her. Says she is indisposed every fucking time. If I could pick up the kids from school it would solve all these problems. We could get you earlier then pick up them from school and go out to the festival and drop you and Barb off. But I can't get ahold of her. She isn't back to work yet since she just had a baby on Dec 31st so I can't get ahold of her that way.

Oooh man, do I ever know that pain. I just had to wait it out patiently until she fucked up. Took ten years, but 2 years ago, I finally got custody. Now she has to jump thru all the hoops. I do nothing to inhibit her seeing or speaking to the kids, but I sure as hell don't lend a helping hand either.
