Answering your question in another way though I would suggest looking for 80mm fan's with or without LED's (your choice) but just make sure they have a high RPM... something of about 5000rpm, that way when you put it on medium & low, they should still be hitting around the 2000rpm mark which should be enough air being pushed to keep your bits cool
