System Specs

[GPU-Z Test Build] Clock reading for ATI IGP RS780 / RS880
This build should add clock reading functionality for all recent ATI IGP chipsets.

Also added transistor count for RS780 and release dates for IGPs

Please report back ONLY IF YOU HAVE AN ATI IGP CHIPSET (with screenshots if possible)
