get the 5450 with hdmi. It can run 2 simulatenous 1080p streams plus it has hdmi, low power usage, low heat, zero noise and only cost $50. plus using mpc-hc you can use it to play the video and your cpu will never be used bec of DXVA http://www.guru3d.com/article/radeon-5450-review/8
