From what I hear it is, I got it in the THQ pack, the character creation is prety indepth, I made a pretty dead on Arnold
I hear it's not as good as GTA, and it's a bit more silly, but that its still a good game, plus $8 ain't much either way.
The question I got is, is Prototype worth $15?
