I'm running Win 7 64bit and no I didn't try running as the admin cause I'am the admin lols but I'll try that.
Edit: Ok just used admin rights an I still get the same error, so I googled it an it seems I'm missing some file from my system32 folder that RBE uses so I'm ganna look into downloading that file an placing it in that folder, unless someone has a better idea. :P
