yes, the 4gb variant of the new "s" model. I have the one with a hard drive and it's very quiet indeed (ps3 levels of noise - which is inaudible unless you're trying to hear it in a silent room), although I do install my games to the HDD which just makes it that tiny bit quieter.
If you want to see the advantages of the new s variant I have a review published
here on the new model (well the review was on the 250gb version, but other than HDD and the 4gb being matt black not shiney black they are the same).
