With the price dropping so quickly lately I'm really struggling to keep up. For example the price ranges here in the UK from £45 to £110 for a 2x2GB kit (1600MHz). It seems most retailers are stuck trying to get rid of old expensive stock as these newer, cheaper, and faster kits come in.

For example these new Vengeance kits are pre-ordering at Scan - £116 for the CAS8 2x4GB kit whereas the old basic CAS9 XMS3 2x4GB is going for £120.

EDIT: I can't actually find a cheaper 2x4GB 1600MHz kit out there. In that respect, the price looks great to me.
