As always, people in Japan are automatically disqualified. If they are trying to award their customers and looking at their bottom line sales numbers, they will see that JAPAN is right at the top for buying NVIDIA hardware.
These winning stuff from the US is always BS. They can sell their products here but they cannot give products away? WTF!!!! Anyway, I bet it is a carrier issue. Fedex or other services probably charge too much outside or maybe it is the inspection costs at the customs.
So they should do this winnings locally. Instead of 365 days of winnings, how about a month of winnings but the registration and winnings will be done at the local country so their is no overhead of sending products directly overseas and the politics involved.
Anyway, It just gets 80 percent of the world pissed off just because of where they live.
