Very true but
tom's hardware has had a set of SP2500's in to review and i dislike the look of the two drops in frequency response range
The results were acquired in a far from perfect setup, the graphs are supposed to be more for relative comparisons between the round up of speakers.
I'm sure it's not that bad but really i would expect a lot for $250 even though i know it's relatively not that much compared to some high end speakers and an amp.
