I'm a cheapskate and new to hobby, would be perfect and teach me nothing, if I could afford it .

It does everything perfectly well, I'm just trying to see if there's more performance for my dollar. My budget is whatever my CPU, GPU w/ water block, and mobo sell for. My intent is to have a respectable system that overclocks very well and lasts a long time.

To be honest, yes. I want to upgrade because I want 5GHz and because I haven't done anything with my hardware for so long.
The extra performance would be great as well.
