I mean old 280-290MB/s SSDs read/write data at space speed was less than 100MB/s when there was data at the drive.

So, what good is for 500MB/s or ~280MB/s speed, if it cannot be used when it's used.

Its about double, but even better is that there is very little throttling if you hammer the drive so no slowdowns.
