What we know/I heard around the web: AMD Bulldozer ES have:
Half-clocked FPU/Phenom II FPU(CPU/BIOs)
Locked Multiplier(CPU)
Higher Voltage(CPU/BIOs)
Higher Wattage(CPU)
Broken TurboCore(BIOs)
Lower Quality Silicon/Pilot silicon(FAB process)
more stuff just ask if you want more...
