I owned a Tt notebook cooler and a pair of 80mm Smart Fans II, making my experience with Tt products limited, but positive. I liked the Smart fans (both still work

). The notebook cooler (small one, can't remember the model, I don't have it anymore) was a cheap, plastic band-aid for a laptop, bit it did it's job with no issues. It seems, though, Thermaltake has given up a little on the DC fan department. If you ask me, I would love to see a high R.P.M fan again (most enthusiasts don't give a damn about noise) and a few PWM models, with your usual cunning innovations if possible.
Also, I was/am a fan of the Xaser II and III, those were some awesome chassis for the time. Here (in Portugal), Tt's most abundant products are the chassis, CPU coolers, PSUs (although those a rare in my area) and WC parts. The rest is too scattered trough the country and in low stock.
Another thing, MOAR front panel fan controllers, plzkthxbai!
EDIT: Oh, by the way, welcome to TPU. I think it's great that you are giving this much attention to the enthusiasts!
