Are you sure the CPU was hitting 80C? To me that seems high but I can't find the thermal range of the P320. Max TDP is 25W according to AMD but I am not sure how that translates to temperature. Has the laptop ever been opened up and cleaned out? It is probably worth it to open up the case and blow out the inside with a can of air. The heatsinks in a laptop are easily clogged up with dust.
