The reason that's unlikely is because wiring four channels through just one side of the socket would mean several additional PCB layers. If you spread it in groups of two on either sides of the socket, you can maintain the "typical" number of PCB layers with your design. On LGA1155 boards, there is wiring of just two channels that heads out east of the socket.

I seriously doubt you'll ever see the kind of motherboard design you're describing.
