Sounds like Krosis. 20% Alch, Arch, and Lockpick. I got that one by accident early on. I found my first dragon, after seeing the Jarl, propped on his wall. I started ranging him, and he came up the hill to find me. After I kiled him, I strolled down the hill to get my phat lootz, and Krosis came outta the freaking coffin heheh. Had to reload twice to take him down, but been wearing the mask ever since, level 41 now
