Where did you add that at? And which file?
Edit: Posted this on GN earlier, but forgot to post it here . . .
"Just had some fun messing with the console in Skyrim and creating epic battles. Too bad all the AI processing slowed me down to like <5 FPS at times. Still, it was worth it to see 40 Dremora Lords wipe out 50 guards and then fight some dragons. Then I spawned 50 more guards and cast a fireball in the middle of them just to see if they'd all shoot arrows at me at once. I took 50 arrows in the knee."
I used the Skyrim INI tweaker application from Skyimnexus. http://www.skyrimnexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=378
Under advance it has threading values you can enable and a box for specifying the amount of threads for Havok.
Since I have an AMD FX6100 with 6 cores I set it to 6. The only other change I did as well was increase my Interior and Exterior Cell Buggers to 78/126 respectively. Also my UGrids is at 7.
I'm not sure what the default is for it though, I couldn't find it set in any .ini file. However after applying and checking for it again the INITweaker has added the following to my Skyrim.ini
So you can try adding that for 6 cores or =4 for 4 cores.
