The problem solved by ATI RBE program & ATI Win flash program



1- Run ATI RBE program


2- load BIOS


3- Go to Fan Sittings

4- put the value . For example as me I do this : T min (c) = 10 Duty Cycle min (%) = 40


5- Save BIOS



6-After that I use "ATI Win flash" to do flashing



After this it came a message tell you that you need to restore PC

then *** success ***
