Yeah it's bigger than most ITX but I'd wager it's the only one that can fit 2x240mm double thick radiators in there.

No your right about that - im not saying the case is terrible, just that it is too big even those things taken into account. Just because a case doesn't exist with the same features, doesnt mean that the first design to accommodate is the best or most efficient. The langear DAMOM is a great design - http://www.lan-gear.eu/langear-miniITX.

As an ITX gamer with a case that can accomodate dual GPU and my H60 WC unit, this thing is too big.

Not to mention, having worket with now ITX, what alot of people won't see from those pics is that a full size heatsink doesnt usually fit because the socket is too close to the Ram / GPU hence why there is no gpu where they are showing one full size heatsinks (the heatpipe wouldnt allow you to put a card there), and maybe even the other as well - it looks like the fins would touch.
