Hi - noob poster here,

After much reading and searching for shader unlock methods for my recently acquired (used) Sapphire Flex 6950, it seems that 2 months ago Sapphire released a 6970 Flex (their Flex cards will run 3x DVI without a $$ active displayport adapter, by using the HDMI port).

Flashing other 6970 BIOS's doesn't work on the Flex 6950 - presumably something to do with the Flex circuitry/bios. The FleX cards have the dual-bios switch - and according to Hexus' review, the two cards share the same pcb.

If anyone can get hold of a bios for a Sapphire Radeon HD 6970 FleX (e.g. Battlefield 3 Edition) I'd be much obliged and will post test results here.
