I thought you can just change the settings to "grandma mode" and then increase the sizes of all the words/icons etc?

I am perfectly fine with my 15.6" 1366x768, thank you very much. More pixels = more graphics power needed to drive it = more money spent for same screen size. Don't really have that luxury.
