The month in which I got the laptop, I was playing Starcraft II on as high settings as I could. Using hwmonitor I had similar temperatures as now. But honestly I pushed it out of my mind until now. The extremely high temps isn't good, definitely. So if presently under load, I receive similar temps as I did when I first got it, I dont think the airflow is being blocked that badly. Even if it was, I'd see at best a few drops in degrees, which is still in the danger zone.
The only things I can think of that would drastically reduce the temps right now is applying a new thermal compound, but I wanted to see if there was some other method first.
