Thanks guys! I swapped out the board with a nice ASRock one I saw else ware that was a little cheaper so I could fit in the HD 7850. And how much head room will I have with the 550W PSU?

Processor:	i5-2500k 3.3ghz
Motherboard:	ASRock Z68 Extreme3 Gen3
Memory:	8GB Corsair Vengence
Video Card:	Sapphire HD 7850
PSU:	Rosewill 650W Hive
Software:	Windows 7 - 64
