You know... doing something like that can get you into a lot of serious trouble in the US if someone decided to call CPS (Child Protective Services), especially with the new CISPA bill that is about to pass that'll allow Big Brother and Uncle Sam to access all of your digital data?
Plaintiff (law enforcement): Sir, did you knowingly upload a picture of your under aged daughter, without consent, to a "hot girls" discussion located on an internet forum, of which the assumed majority demographic is middle-aged males?
Defendant (Cotton_Cup): BUT IT WAS JUST A JOKE!
Judge: SILENCE! I am placing your child under government custody until an appropriate foster home is located. I am also issuing a restraint warrant against you from being within 50 miles of your daughter. You will be awaiting further sentence with a bail of $50,000.
