Don't kid about it, the games companies
hate people selling or giving away their used games and are doing everything they can to stop it, what with one time codes etc. They have this unjustified sense of entitlement against it, as if they have a right to be paid again. The first sale doctrine makes it clear that they do not. It's just like Ford demanding a cut of your used car sale. You wouldn't pay them for that, would you?
