Just by looking at that I wonder:
1. Do you really need to pop the side panels off for a 4.2Ghz overclock?
2. if you are going to pop the side panels, wouldn't you want your fan grills to not choke the fans? Those grills look like they are designed to stop things from coming in. Looks like the engineers and the warranty department got into a fight, and the compromise was to put armor plating in front of the fans.
3. That is a lot of fans. 6 fans just out in front... Even if those fans spin at 1000RPM, that is just a whole lot of extra noise that isnt worth it.
4. What the hell is 10-way venting? The case only has 6 sides lol... the hot air must be stopping for a snack and a stretch at vent 7.
This whole rig is a bit of a drama queen IMO. There are mini ITX chassis that can pack comparable gear (heat and pert wise), with a higher over-clock, and do it with two fans for the whole system.
