If the MSRP was $140 maybe, but now 9 months behind and Nvidia knew exactly where to place and price this card and this OC'd MSI is $165 that's... clearly gouging! This probably can't keep up to a GTX560 Non-Ti, and to top it off not any OC'r. Clearly forget about any price war...
