XFast USB is supposed to speed up transfer rates beyond rated speeds on USB3.0. It...more or less works. I have the option on mine but I finally just trashed it because it kept conflicting with USB2.0 devices and well, my one USB3 device didn't always mount via the USB3 ports anyways. Basically what happens is the software kicks into the turbo mode on any connection. I even had it doing it after I told it to stay in normal for 2.0. So its finicky and overall, not needed.

XFast LAN I haven't messed with. Thought it was simply something to prioritize netspeed depending on the app being used but I've had those be hit or miss in the past with nVidia chipsets. Why I didn't use it.

XFast RAM is simply a Ramdisk program. Nothing special about it.
