So, now i'm sure my card is gone.
Thanks to everyone for their time and thought in the thread. specially @temp02 for providing the image and identifying the IC.
Anyway that IC is way to small for me to solder or chewing gum mod, guess i'm gonna keep the card as a paper weight.
