Calibration questions

I am trying to calibrate RealTemp 3.70 on a Core i7-740QM laptop. By default, the DTJ are looking like (obtained either by running the stress test, or something like Adobe Media Encoder on all cores):
idle = 50, 50, 50, 50
100% = 23, 15, 25, 15

(see attached tests results)

From what I understand that would mean that I should set the TJM at:
TJM = 108, 100, 110, 100

This gives me consistent (ie identical on all cores) temperature at 100%, eg
Temp = 85, 85, 85, 85
But when idle, obviously I get inconsistent temperatures:
Temp = 53, 45, 55, 45

So I thought that the Idle setting would allow me to correct this... which it actually does, but that impacts temperatures at 100% too. If I set Idle to -10.0 on the third core, the idle temp rightfully gets back to 45 but the 100% temp is no more 85 but around 80... So I'm not sure I understand how TDM and idle work together...

Am I missing something?
Is there a way to have consistent temperature both at idle and 100%?

Thanks for your help!
