Did you buy the PSU from a reputable retailer? If so, it almost seems like a breaking news item that Corsair are using cheap caps in their high-end PSUs.

Other parts of PSU look exactly like in the reviews. But these capacitors are very disappointed me, did not expect to see such trash.
