Hah, it's not like they can half agree with Nvidia about that, I mean I am probably sure that if they sell a lineup of unlocked voltage SKUs they lose warranty on all of the GPUs purchased, even the ones that will be installed on locked reference SKUs.
I don't think EVGA or MSI can keep up with dealing with RMAs on their own.
