Asymmetric CPU to GPU ratio - low number of CPU's vs GPU's in the system. The same metric that allows for a high FLOP/watt -namely a high GPU count (x86 CPU's being relatively inefficient in FP64 per watt). Compare Titan (CPU+GPU) to the previous Jaguar iteration (CPU), or any IBM BlueGene system.
