you could RMA your Radeon 7850 HD OC gfx as it was a proprietary bios you flashed onto the card, you need not inform Gigabyte unless you already have a ticket open with their support.
and or use a different vga card [new or used]
however if you are going to flash the Radeon 7850 HD OC gfx you need it installed in the system
