The most reliable is hard to tell at this point, as all of these SSDs are fairly new. That being said, the Samsung 830 and Crucial M4 are both very solid drives that have shown to stand up to heavy use. My Dad uses a Crucial M4 128GB in his Thinkpad with success.
In general, I suggest to stay away from OCZ--their drives are generally less reliable than most competitors.
Basically this. Stay away from the "brand new" stuff, and go with the tried and true stuff. But still, make backups.
