What I think we have... are silicone the Nvidia bins at a lower spec and EVGA can then gussys-up with some alphabet soup nomenclature. I think Nvidia took a lot of time selecting and sorting GK104’s for the first go around of three product releases, and now the second string is coming in.
Although don’t get me wrong this is fine chip and for the "plug-it and forget-it crowd" (that's a lot of what Nvidia cards have gone too) it's still a very nice card, but right now Egg has it for $340 –AR$30 so a decent Bfb! I like it but wonder if it need the FTW board if it's OC'n might not be it's strong suite, but heck an "non-smurf" board and nicer cooler is hard to pass up.
