If meaning 'officially' support, then no, but my Extreme4 runs 1866Mhz and have seen a similar rig (same board) hit 2133MHz. No reason they won't go higher. Can't really speak for the Gigabyte board, but at that price, you'd hope so.

Edit: From ASRock website, Z77 Extreme4 specs: - Supports DDR3 2800+(OC)/2400(OC)/2133(OC)/1866(OC)/1600/1333/1066 non-ECC, un-buffered memory.

Gigabyte website, Z77X-UP4: Support for DDR3 2800(OC)/1600/1333/1066 MHz memory modules
