So basically as the title suggests the pwoer consumption shown in GPU-Z as the % of the TDP of the card is always very low, around 30-35% under maximum stress like farcry 3 and MSI kombustor.. rig as shown in specs and 310.70 WHQL. I thought it might have been the beta drivers so I moved to WHQL with no change.
thoughts? could this be affecting my max oc which seems to be relatively low at right around 1200mhz max boost clock.
EDIT: I've had it show the max reading after running some MSI Kombustor
