Do note that OP does not have an 8800GT, rather, he has an 8600GT 512MB. At 1080P, the 8600GT may even struggle with Source games at max setting. Certainly Batman AA and Homefront, and perhaps Ghost Warrior may have to be run at lowest setting to get playable framerate. The CPU isn't doing gaming any favors either, Souce games should be fine though, and certainly older games, like COD, can play played at max or near max setting @1080P.
