Just dont go too cheap. With wheels you get what you pay for. There's a $50 thrustmaster ferrari wheel, but it uses bungee cords as a resistance system instead of a motor. You also typically don't get 900degree steering on wheels priced around that.
Maybe look at getting a logitech driving force gt (my first wheel). Lots of people don't like the pedals as they offer little resistance. It didnt bug me though.
With wheels you do get what you pay for. The more you pay, the more features and realism you get. Just have to weigh what your willing to spend.
