SB is kinda known for degrading at this point in the extreme circles, or so I have read a few times in the past couple of weeks. chips are only like two years old at this point, so we are now getting to the point where I think that this might start to be a bit more common.
With the Tuning Plan warranties though, I don't see it as that big of a deal. Pay the $25 now, if you OC.
