Most of the temperature increases come from the increased TDP (power limit/target) required for higher overclocking so leaving it at 100% will keep those temperatures at a minimum. I am idling at 29-31 with 10% fan speed , while gaming i get up to 45-49 with 20% fan speed , only situation where i reached 69 was when i OC'd at 1180 and +100 on mem with a fan speed of 40% and while running heaven with everything maxed out! SO i guess i'm still on the safe side

Anyway , thank you for you help

Just finished customizing the fan profile and it's both quiet and cool
